Founded in 1999, Petroleum Card Services (PCS) is one of the largest re-marketers of First Data’s Buypass network in the U.S. Leveraging our years of experience in petroleum processing, we specialize in working with independent owners of unbranded gas stations and/or convenience stores.

MEET THE TEAM

Pete Embs

Vice President and Business Unit Head

Pete joined the PCS team in early 2017 after serving as Director of Revenue and Financial Planning for iPayment, Inc., PCS’ parent Company, for five years. He began his payments career with WorldPay, where he spent nine years, holding several positions in and around sales management and finance, including VP, Planning and Productivity Management. Pete is a graduate of Georgia State University, where he earned his MBA and Virginia Tech, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Lori Griboski

Vice President, PCS Sales

Lori began her career with Petroleum Card Services in 2004 as an inside sales telemarketer then was quickly promoted to an implementations specialist which is where she was given a vast understanding of not only the petroleum industry, but also the Merchant services industry. Lori prides herself on building and maintaining strong relationships with our ISOs, agents, merchants and partners. With a passion for innovation and operational efficiency along with work ethic, Lori has spent the majority of her career creating an exceptional customer experience for PCS merchants, agents and partners. Lori holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada Reno, and became a certified payment professional in 2014.

Liz Concannon

Vice President, PCS Operations

Liz began her career in the merchant services industry since 1992, and continued to grow her knowledge when she started with PCS in 1999 at its inception. Liz has a vast knowledge and understanding of both the card processing industry as well as the fuel industry. Her goal is to build, manage, and grow PCS through our strong service and support. Liz has a degree from Western Nevada College and is very enthusiastic with the fuel industry. She is a past board member of the Petroleum Equipment Institute, as well as being very active in various fuel associations.

Connie Campbell

Implementation & Deployment Manager

Connie started with PCS in June of 2007 as an implementations specialist within the technical support department, and learned as much as possible about how to download and troubleshoot terminals and integrated equipment. She has worked hard to build relationships with service techs, vendors and ISOs over the years. She has since been promoted to the manager of the implementations, tech support and deployment departments, and has also continued with her education. Connie is passionate about helping other and growing the company’s level of support to our merchants, partners and service techs.

Jo Viola

Director of Talent Acquisition

Jo Viola has over 16 years of professional experience in bankcard processing and petroleum services. After starting her career in agent support for Money Tree Merchant Services, Jo transitioned to business development and agent recruiting in 2003 following an acquisition by Total Merchant Services. In 2012, Jo joined Petroleum Card Services as Director of Talent Acquisition. Jo is passionate about strengthening the company’s talent base while delivering a stellar agent experience.

Alex Schmanski

‎Corporate Sales Manager

Alex began his career with PCS in 2011 in the sales department as a telemarketer. As he quickly became immersed into the petroleum industry, he moved from telemarketing into a full corporate sales position within a few months of employment. Gaining vast knowledge in the petroleum and merchant service industries throughout the years has resulted in Alex’s promotion to in-house corporate sales manager in early 2016. With his enthusiasm and relationships within the business he is excited to help PCS grow exponentially throughout his career. Alex graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degrees in graphic design and business communication, which helped form his fascination of sales and business.

Dena Evans

Compliance Manager

Dena joined PCS 2009 to assist in building the PCI Compliance Department. She assisted in the development of the policies and procedures that PCS continues to use today. After getting the PCI department established, she was promoted to the position of Office Manager at PCS. Dena has a strong passion for office management and strives to enhance productivity throughout our team. Dena holds a degree in Business Administration as well as Office Management from Southern Oregon University.
